Viridian Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Affiliate may not misrepresent the relationship between the Affiliate and Viridian Weapon Technologies (“Viridian”), its corporate entity, Laser Aiming Systems Corporation, any applicable affiliates, or any of our trademarks. Copy cannot contain misspellings, incorrect grammar or false or inaccurate statements. Ad and promotional copy should always represent Viridian in a professional manner.

Affiliate may not create or design its website or any other website that it operates, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles any Viridian website nor design a website in a manner which leads customers to believe that the Affiliate is Viridian or any other affiliated business.

Viridian reserves the right to prohibit or cancel Affiliates from participation in our Affiliate Program in states subject to Nexus state tax laws.

Ad Hijacking and similar actions are strictly prohibited. An Affiliate determined to have placed an Ad Hijack, will receive a warning and reversal of commissions on the first offense. A second offense will result in an Affiliate being removed from the Viridian Affiliate Program.

Affiliate websites must have a unique domain name (including sub-domain) that does not contain Viridian trademarks, or misspellings and variations. Violations include, but are not limited to - Viridian.domain.com, blog.Viridian.com, Viridian.com.

At any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms and conditions, Viridian reserves the right to reverse transactions/commissions, prohibit or cancel Affiliates from participation in our Affiliate Program, or remove the active status of any Affiliate account. All Affiliates participating in the Program are subject to Viridian approval.

Viridian may cancel any Affiliate Program application if we determine that the Affiliate site is unsuitable for our Program, including, but not limited to if it:

• Promotes sexually explicit materials
• Promotes violence
• Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Promotes illegal activities
• Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
• Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to Viridian in our sole discretion.
• Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.

Viridian reserves the right, at any time, to review Affiliate placement and approve the use of links and require that an Affiliate change the placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to the Affiliate.

Viridian will not be responsible (and Affiliate will be solely responsible) for use another person's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third party rights.

Trademark bidding, direct linking, and allowing downloadable software or incentivized partners to join our program are prohibited. Viridian does allow email marketing campaigns. All partners must be Federal and State Can-SPAM compliant and contact us prior to running a campaign for suppression lists. Any partner that does not contact Viridian prior to a campaign is considered to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
